I think to do this right, you have to sleep in clips.
Love it. You can do exactly this, or do a little twist at the top and secure with a bobby pin. Homogenous waves like this, or loose curls at the bottom.

Gorgeous. Not sure whether I like up or down more, but I definitely love the look. Probably the big waves, just need to find a good hairdresser's who can do it! Great idea!
